Invest In Our Youth
NATIONAL BLACK PARENTS ASSOCIATION
Support the Fight for Our Youth
Your donation funds the specific programs that protect Black students every day. Choose where your gift goes.
NBPA does not discriminate on the basis of race, national orgin nor any other basis.
Important notice regarding tax deductibility: The NBPA is currently in the process of obtaining its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Our estimate is that we will have the determination letter by year’s end, that is 12/31/2026. Donations made during this period may not be tax-deductible. We will notify all donors promptly when our status is confirmed. We appreciate your support and your trust in this mission.
Why your gift matters today: The OCR dismissed 90% of civil rights complaints last year. Edward Blum’s legal budget is unlimited. Princeton’s Black enrollment has returned to 1968 levels. The NBPA is the organized response — and it runs on the support of people who refuse to watch this happen.
Choose Where You Gift Goes
The NBPA Litigation Fund
When Black families face unlawful discrimination in their schools and cannot afford legal representation, the NBPA Litigation Fund steps in. This fund covers legal advocacy, case research, and direct litigation support on behalf of Black students and their families at no cost to them. While Edward Blum’s lawyers are paid to take rights away, your donation funds lawyers who fight to restore them.

Reserve The Right
Fund allocation policy: The NBPA makes every effort to allocate gifts to the fund designated by the donor. However, in order to fulfill our mission most effectively, the NBPA reserves the right to redirect contributions to areas of greatest organizational need. All donations are used exclusively to advance the mission of the National Black Parents Association. By donating, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
